I have a written review for John’s Pool Supply back in 2020 for my pool liner install as well as our new heater, pump and sand filter! I am always willing to travel there for our pool chemicals! They always have what I need and they never give me a hard time about needing to be a customer that used them for a pool install. We bought this house with the pool already in existence! We still don’t know who installed the pool! That big place in Martinsburg refused to help, but John’s came through for us! I am more than happy to travel the 20+ minutes to get to John’s because I have 100% confidence in their knowledge about chemical balances, of which Mr Bill helped...read full review

Thank you Chuck & Mark for stopping by today to look at my Hottub which I purchased from John's Pool a few years ago. Anyway, they identified a couple of issues with it's operation and repairs are in the works, great job ! . Looking forward to having it back in operation soon. :) Thank You !

Great people, good inventory and awesome service. I've used John's several times for parts and supplies. I just used them to handle an algae issue that I had been fighting for 2 weeks and could not solve on my own. Chuck came out and knew exactly what it would take, and in three trips over 5 days my pool went from a horrible dark green to crystal clear water. He professionally worked out of a lettered vehicle and supplied all the tools and products needed. Thanks Chuck and John's Pools!
