My 7 year old broke both front teeth the day after New Years. Dr. Boyd got in contact with us and repaired both teeth that day, a Friday evening, after the office was closed. He took his time to ensure the repair was done correctly and did excellent work. Dr. Boyd also followed up the following day, Saturday, to make sure he was doing ok. This was our first dental emergency ever and Dr. Boyd and his team took excellent care of our child and involved us in the entire process. Dr. Boyd and the Briarwood team have treated my entire family for over 20 years and we have always received above and beyond patient care.
Dr. Stephen-Hassard and all the folks at Briarwood are helpful, friendly, and got to the bottom of a dental issue. They helped me in a timely manner and went above and beyond to reform a mouthguard. I’m impressed with the office staff and positive office environment. They are kind and gentle to folks that don’t love going to the dentist. Our family has been patients here for many years and they help to get us appointments together. Shout out to Taylor for the confirmation calls and texts! 😊
Briarwood Dental did a good job until they cancelled a Dental Hygienist appointment scheduled for February 2024. They told me to call back to reschedule. When I called back, the earliest appointment they had available was in September 2024 - 7 months away. In my opinion, it was extremely unprofessional for them not to have a time open for me sooner than that. I give them a patient care rating of 2.
