It is a very efficient office. We are usually very pleased but this time we felt the costs were more than we thought. Pete had two different types of x-rays. This seemed excessive. We need to know in advance when this will happen. We are retired and on a fixed income.
“Enjoyed” is the wrong adjective for dentistry but Andrea and Dr Ted were both pleasant. The lady at the desk was helpful. All good. Look forward to having a long term relationship. Thanks!
The part of dentistry I hate most is the numbing shot(s). It takes great care and talent to make that come out pain free. Dr Ted did it. Yay.
I was impressed with the sincere concern of Dr. Leslie for a family member's issue, for his communication skills and his pleasant personality. The waiting room has a very calming effect. It is lovely and seems more like visiting a friend's home.
