I highly recommend Dudley’s Heating and Air! They are more than just your average HVAC company! They are truly a family business that genuinely cares about their customers. Mr. Joey and his wife were always willing to answer any questions I had, without hesitation. They are also very reasonably priced, from service fees to new installations. Shortly after our new AC and gas furnace were installed, the furnace system unexpectedly shut down (through no fault of Dudley’s Heating and Air). Mr. Joey came out within a few hours, in the freezing cold and dark, to get everything fixed so my children and I would have heat. We first connected with them through our home warranty company, and even with the limitations of that program, Dudley’s went above and beyond to keep our system running. But when our old unit finally had to be replaced, we didn’t wait on the warranty provider — we went directly to Dudley’s. Their team installed a new system quickly, flawlessly, and at a fair price.
