The Canova staff are all warm and inviting! They strive for attention to detail and really seem to listen to what the client has to say. There is clear communication with treatments and pricing. They are quick to reach out to make sure your experience was to your standards and satisfactory. They have been flexible keeping in touch with me (sometimes outside of business hours) due to my hectic life schedule which is crazy appreciated!
