The people who work here go the extra mile to make things happen. Despite, living approximately 3000 miles from the local area, whenever we need flower arrangements for key events, this is our go to flower shop. The customer service is 2nd to none. Their recommendations are spot on and they have never missed a delivery suspense. We can't thank the ladies at Mountaineer Florist enough for all they do to capture the occasion with the dynamic arrangements they provide. Bravo Ladies!!!!!!!

Ordered on a Friday, requesting next day delivery. The arrangement arrived on-time and almost exactly as pictured online (I think it was actually bigger and better than expected!) The owner is very sweet. I ordered online but had to follow-up on the telephone due to an error I made. She was accommodating and professional. They absolutely have my business in the future ? ? ?
