Wonderful shop with a great selection of retro games. Owner's an honest guy who's made several more-than-fair deals with me. (PSA: Don't complain about trade-ins if you don't understand the business of buying and reselling.)
Had an issue with my PC. I suspected the issue, and they tested and verified it was the PSU. They put in a new one and even did a better cable management job for me. I also needed an obscure cable, which they had in stock. Great service, would recommend.
My favorite place for gaming in all of WV. Staff is very helpful, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I took my computer there a few days ago because it didn't want to play some games I had installed. Once I got there, they immediately got to work. They wasn't able to fix it that same day so they kept it over the weekend. During that process, they kept me in the loop. Letting me know what is wrong, what they've tried, and any theories on how to fix. In the end, they took care of the problem and now my computer is running as if it's brand new. I highly recommend these guys!
