We cannot possibly say enough good things about our experience with Dale.

We're moving to the area from a different state so we're not physically present there full time yet, and the home we're purchasing is very old and set up in a really unique and complicated way.
When we were looking for inspectors and talking about the results we were extremely worried about whether or not they would be thorough, if they would be knowledgable about historic properties, if they would charge us extra for the weird setup, if we would need to be present, etc
However, we also needed to get an inspection ASAP because we have to move by a certain date that is fast approaching.
I called Dale 2 days before a holiday and expected to wait at least a week or so before he was able to see the property.
Between visiting family, celebrating the holiday, and working on other properties this angel of a man fit in checking our property, had results to us INSANELY fast, was so communicative through the process, the total was really affordable and HOLY CRAP the results were so thorough my partner and I were both left speechless.
I would trust this man with any property no matter how large or small - hell I might trust him with my social security number and bank info.
The BEST thing you can possibly do for yourself and/or your family when considering a home purchase is to hire this man ASAP.
