I love going in the Ronceverte WeCare. I don’t like ordering my products on the phone. Shane is always on top of things and double checks my products before he orders them if he doesn’t have them in stock. He is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable of the products offered by WeCare.

I live in Warner Robins, Ga . I was visiting family in Fortspring, WV my mask had torn and I had not bring a spare. On July 3, I went to We Care in Fairlea and the lady there fix me up with a replacement. She said I had an old style and I said I was an old man! 😀 Thank you for your help, I pray that the lady who was so nice and helpful will be blessed beyond measure. My wife says thanks, she can now sleep without hearing a lot squealing noise. 😀

Shane was wonderful! We appreciate all the help! Thank you!! As for the billing and all that, it’s handled through a call center not in the area. The call center was horrible, but this location and employees here at the actual store are amazing!

Good enough at supplying equipment but billing is outsourced to India or Pakistan and can barely speak English. Random charge shows up and no one can explain it. They require auto pay with no billing info when they bill you so never, never give them your bank account to draw from.

We traveled to WV and forgot to pack the wife's CPAP Mask. Tried other agency in the area to no get a mask but wasn't successful. Stopped at We Care Medical and they were very helpful in obtaining the exact mask my wife needed. In the process of moving to WV and will truly consider them for our medical supplies.

Needed a shower chair after my back surgery, by the time I got home the item had already been delivered. The shower chair has been a great help. Would recommend this company and their friendly staff. Made me feel like family.

"WeCare" tried to scam my grandfather out of $40,000. Everything was supposed to be covered by Medicare. For the hospital bed alone they tried to charge them $2400 a month for 14 months. Eventually, after a few calls to his doctor my grandparents eventually got everything worked out. Also if you're going to charge people for your scam of a business, don't have the installer ask to take a picture of the customer's bank card, there are way better ways to bill people

Took a month to process prescription for a walker, forcing us to pay out of pocket, then acted like we were lucky and could still get a 2nd walker on our insurance, and then wouldn't process the request for o2 pickup after a patient's death until the following month, justifying the full month of billing instead of the reduced 20 days. Highly unethical company, bordering on fraud. Have forwarded to the proper authorities who deal with Medicare fraud and unethical billing practices. Also unbelievably rude and inconsiderate for the family's loss. Cannot recommend any less. Get your supplies ANYWHERE but here.
