Overpriced, poor quality, rude, and unprofessional. Our school has used them multiple times and time after time they fail to provide anywhere near adequate service. After the complaints this year I don’t know how our schools would use them ever again.

We received our daughter’s volleyball pictures back and we received an image of the side of her face kissing a volleyball. This was later explained because this is what she chose. A 12 year old kid was able to decide this, not the parents of the kid.
Also, was explained 2 photos were taken and both were of this image, zero individual photos taken of her full face. No offer of partial money back, no apologies stating yes, the photographer should’ve intervened and made an adult decision and gave advice to said 12 year old on what photo we should probably use. Just do better next time, will definitely not be using them anymore. This is 4 orders (3 kids in school...read full review

My daughter's fourth grade class picture was taken with her in a skirt sitting front and center, no legs crossed. First thing I saw was up her skirt. The photographer should be ashamed to have taken it without repositioning her or switching her with a student NOT wearing a dress. 🤬
