Have been attempting to contact the company for two months regarding sports pictures that have never been received and my next step will be to contact an attorney. No tracking, no response to emails or phone calls and no pictures have been received. This is the second year in a row we’ve had this problem and it’s absolutely unacceptable. .

I Wrote a check in September 25’ check cleared and I received the pictures and went about my business… 5 months later I get a letter in the mail from magistrate court saying I was about to have a warrant issued for my arrest due to a bad check! For whatever reason the check “reversed” but since it had been months prior my bank couldn’t give me specific reasons as to why. I was told that this occurs all the time with this company… if there is a problem with payment you should contact your customers to resolve the problem directly, not involve the courts and have them threatened with an arrest!

This is the first time our school (since we have been attending ) has used this company. I paid $108 by debit card that went through just fine and then received a letter today Feb 5th 2026 from the magistrate court for an arrest on the check I wrote December 5th 2025. $45. No other notice was given. We own a business and deal with checks on the daily. I go to the bank and deposit them myself. I don’t do it two months later though. & when there is an issue, I just simply contact my customers. Oh and I worked for my city in the finance department. We wrote letters and sent checks back.
