Ive been taking my dog here since he was 4weeks old. He always sees the same vet (Dr. Storm) he absolutely loves her. His not the greatest with new people or animals. Yesterday I ended up having to take him in for an emergency visit and his normal doctor wasnt there (which was stressful at first) but he ended up seeing Dr. Burns. Dr. Burns was amazing with him! She went above and beyond to make him/myself feel comfortable with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
They are professional, skilled, knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and understanding. The staff communicates well and completely, answering questions clearly. We feel safe and comfortable at the clinic. They are on time and friendly. My cats do well in the environment and with the staff and are not traumatized. We're fortunate to have such high quality service.
