We took a dog in last night, and the Dr and his staff were wonderful! He explained what treatment plan he wanted to do, and why for the dog’s current condition. He kept physical interaction with the dog to a minimum and his voice low to help the dog create a positive experience with being at the vet and it worked! We are seeing a difference already with the treatment plan, and they set our next appointment while we were there. Then explained everything that he would be doing for the next visit. Highly recommend Hi- Rock!!
Highly recommend! Twice in the past 3 months my fur baby has had an emergency, both times (once I called ahead) I was told bring him right away. Once there, Doc gave him a quick exam, then told me to leave him there so he could keep an eye on him and run some tests. I was really afraid I was going to lose my baby, he wasnt eating, drinking, very lethargic and in pain. After running tests and some comprehensive blood work, he was diagnosed with Lyme disease and treated appropriately. Prices are reasonable, and both me and my little fur baby was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you Hi-Rock team! You guys ROCK!
