“I was invited to 3 dog farm for a familiarization session and orientation, which was appreciated for the forward thinking of the management.
I absolutely adored EVERYTHING about this operation, and the meticulous planning behind the scenes ensures smooth and efficient day to day operations. The grounds and building areas are EXTREMELY clean. I NEVER once smelled urine or feces odors the entire visit. Even the grooming bathing area was super sanitary as well. Guest items are professionally inventoried, food wants, and special instructions are completely respected. The entire facility is organized better than a law library. Every member of the staff was very kind, straight forward, confident, and informative. The outlots of the facility are beyond gorgeous, and gives a very relaxing feeling.
HUGE open fenced areas for the guest to safely play. An amazing river on property for the water lovers, and scheduled feedings for every guest. Now, I call them guests because the experience is akin to the best 5 star resort for any pooch. I have stayed in resorts for humans that could take
lessons from these folks.

“As a former neighbor and a former customer, Judy is THE BEST groomer and boarder I know. She helped us take care of our sweet opal for the 5ish years she was with us in this world. Opal was a very skidish yet loving dog, Judy always made opal feel comfortable and loved, help us take care of her when we didn't or couldn't do certain things ourself, opal loved the little bandanas she got after her bath. We could have cut opals nails ourself but without experience cutting to the right length is difficult, Judy always made the right cuts and make our little girl able to prance around the kitchen without tap dancing. Thank you Judy for all your years helping us with opal and being the best neighbor someone could ask for.

“We have been trusting our four year old Mountain Fiest Ellie to Tender Loving Pet Care four three years now and they have taken very good care of her every time.
Due to having cancer I have been boarding Ellie for a week each month for the past five months while undergoing Chemo at WVU jn Morgantown.
It has made me very weak and the staff has been great about picking her up from my car and bringing her back to the car when I go to get her.
They are undoubtedly the best people to trust your pet with.“
