The service and level of care you receive at The Eye Associates is top notch. I have been a patient of Dr. Francis for years-even following him from his practice in Huntington to his current office. He gives one of the most thorough exams I have had, yet takes the time to explain any questions or go over my past tests and how I am progressing. I can’t recommend him or his staff highly enough.
I have been a patient of Dr. Francis for over 30 years, (since my medical training days and now into retirement), following him from Charleston to Huntington and now Hurricane. He always takes time to explain what’s going on and appropriate treatment. He is a great teacher, and provides multiple treatment options. He is knowledgeable, thorough, very responsive and professional. I have referred family and will continue to do so. His staff is also excellent!!!!

The eye exam was very thorough. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Francis was very intelligent and explained everything to us. We will definitely be back!
