Excellent optometry and wonderful staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Herman, since he first started in business, and he does an excellent job. I'm sure the other two optometrists are excellent too, but Dr. Herman and myself, been around for several years! lol I'd recommend his office to anyone, who wants to take good care of their eyes.
They were amazing. I had an emergency and they got me in 20 minutes after calling. The exam was thorough. My doctor explained everything and had me fixed up. The person who is at the front desk was so friendly, efficient, and on point. While they are hopping in there, she had everything running so smoothly. She even knew who I was as soon as I came in the door and it was my first time there. So grateful to have found them and they are now my permanent eye doctor.
Everyone was nice and friendly. The doctor shared his knowledge very well and interesting. What Disturb me was at the end. We were sitting there talking he was still explaining things when a woman walked in without knocking, scared me very unusual.
