I’ve had great experiences here for 14 years. However, the last year has been a challenge. The front desk staff is usually rude and have zero customer service skills. They have the assistant for the dr to call you back and they can get you appointments … just a lack of caring. Ashley and Jenny are wonderful, sad that the front desk is running clients off. Also, used to be able to get an appointment same day or next for emergent needs, not any more. I’ve ended up in ER with a big bill….defeats some of the purpose of the primary care. Hoping it turns around before I find another place.

I'm so blessed to have found this office. Dr. Holmes is caring, he takes his time and listens. I've seen 2 other Dr's in the clinic and they were wonderful as well. I can't say enough about Melissa, his assistant. She is on top of everything. The other women in this office are kind, helpful and sincere. My family feels safe being in their care.

Everyone is so friendly there. They take time and listen to you. Dr. Trump is fantastic. He makes you feel comfortable and listens. Highly recommend.

Used to be patient here and would never recommend them to anyone. They don’t spend anytime with their patients at all and only care about billing your insurance. I’ve never once saw my actual doctor always just the nurse practitioner. Staff other is also super bad here too. STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY.

There are some good doctors there but the office is not run well. Communication is bad. Communication with pharmacies, hospitals and other entities need upgraded. They need to pay for some better staff. Plus the lab worker has NEVER been on time in the morning when I’ve been there. Stop promoting your lab and allow people to go someplace else if you can’t or won’t fix it. Hopefully an owner will read this soon because I’m pretty sure my last review is mysteriously gone.
