Valley Center for Vision provides wonderful customer service and care. Their experienced doctors conduct thorough exams with minimal downtime, offering professional service. The staff is helpful in selecting frames, and the doctors are thorough in their examinations, even with complex cases. Valley Center for Vision is highly recommended for all eye care needs.
I had a great experience here 2 years ago at my initial appointment, but after calling to schedule an eye exam and being told the doctor was retiring at the end of the month (which is fine), they could not email or send me my records, or even verify what my prescription strength was over the phone to pass onto a new provider. I have no way of picking up the records currently and am not going that far out of my way if there's no appointment to attend to. It would be nice to have something to give my new providers, but I guess I will have to start over from scratch. Wonderful customer service and care. Experienced and thorough exam with minimum down time, very professional. Frames and fitting was flawless. Thank you very much for the best pair of glasses I've ever owned.
The doctor himself is amazing. I wanted to transfer my prescription there, and few people would do it with my coverage. I did not expect much, but the doctor still reexamined my eyes completely, then gave me a prescription for the contacts I needed due to the pressure I have in my nose.
I was very pleased. I would recommend this doctor highly. I only had an eye exam though, so I do not know how other services are.
