They have not returned a call to either me nor my husband.A representative contacted me this morning, explaining the situation and explaining the missing voice mail. I have changed my rating because, if nothing else, that's great customer service.

I changed to Ultra when my previous pest company failed to show up. I can not complain about the change. Ultra shows up when they are supposed to. If I need them to come out for any reason, they are there. Friendly and diligent.
