Customer service is and always will be the main reason why a consumer stays loyal to a company. Donald Smith our service tech provides us with the highest quality of customer service. His attention to detail and his willingness to go out of his way to correct any issues he finds is beyond reproach, for example on this inspection he found that there was a gap in our bait stations that he felt was too far and installed new stations to close the gap. It may seem trivial but to us it meant that he cared enough to make it right. The service employee, Joshua, that came to my house sold me on Terminix. His customer service was top notch and he shared with me all of the services that Terminix might be able to offer me. While that’s great service, Joshua was personable and easy to speak with and ask questions of for both knowledge and explanation of service that he was rendering. I didn’t feel rushed like he was off to another job like so frequently happens with service employees who services a territory. He was patient and thorough. We have used their services quarterly, for several years. They also examine areas for water damage and other issues, which they document and notify you right away. They have done a great job for me, and I highly recommend them.Services: Home inspection
