Visiting from out of town with my wife, and SO GLAD we chose to try out The Studio instead of the big chain gyms. If I lived here full time, this is where I’d be going to every workout. Super clean, friendly staff, sign up times so no crowds, and they have every essential workout equipment you could want to get a great workout in. Can’t wait to come back!

I totally recommend The Studio! So far, in under a year I’ve lost over 30 lbs and developed a super healthy new lifestyle with my personalized training and meal plan. Thanks to Dez I’m so much more confident about myself, though I’ve got a ways to go, Dez is always there to support me and encourage me!

Dez, Luke and Chris are great! They know their clients and tailor the workouts as needed to meet their individual needs and limitations. As a physician, I can attest to the quality and effectiveness of their programming.
