I was having issues with my micro SD card overheating and I called in to see if there was any solution. I spoke with Rusty and he was extremely professional. Though there was a physical flaw with the card he was able to give me some great advice that I'm hoping will work. Thanks again!

Pro Tech Computing, LLC was clear about their pricing, up front. They had a diagnosis for my laptop next day. They fixed my laptop and I was able to pick it up on the second day they had it. Fast, affordable, professional, awesome. Epic job, Pro Tech. Thank you.

Super helpful and friendly! Couldn't fix my issue (tablet was defective, nothing to be done) but didn't charge anything to take a look at it and spent a lot of time trying to help me anyway. He gave me some great suggestions for alternatives, too! ?
