I realize that thanks to insurance, a doctor cannot do what needs done, but I'm telling you Dr.Phan is nice and is willing to work with someone on what needs done BUT HIS NURSE CHRISTINA....WOW...I WOULD NOT WANT HER TO EVEN BE AT A PETS FUNERAL. SHE IS CRUDE, RUDE AND DOESN'T CARE. SHE GET AGERAVATED IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND SOMETHING RIGHT AWAY AND ADDS SLAT TO THE WOUND, SHE TREATS PEOPLE WITH NO RESPECT, TREATING THEM LIKE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A PROBLEM SO I BLAMED MYSELF AT FIRST AND THEN REALIZED THAT IT'S HER, SHE'S THE ONE IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION, CHRISTINA WILL FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL TREAT HER HOW SHE'S TREATING OTHERS.

The wellness Dr was very polite . I think they should send out Gift cards if you didn't get one during the appointment. SOMETIMES PPL FORGET ESPECIALLY OUR SENIOR CITIZENS.

OTHERWISE, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND THANK YOU FOR PUTTING BETTER CHAIRS IN THE ROOMS CUDOS!! THANK YOU CEO FOR UPDATING. YOUR PATIENT.

As a patient of Marshall Health for several years, I have to say that my experience with them has been exemplary.
Dr Mustafa and his entire staff are professional, kind and always there for me.
I feel well taken care of , and as a cancer survivor with many health issues I am in the best health I have been in for years!
I can’t say enough about the excellent healthcare I have received at this facility.
My entire family are patients now and I always recommend Dr Mustafa!
