Our house is just weeks away from being finished, and we have been very pleased from start to finish with the build process. John, our salesperson, answered all of our questions and helped us get the home we wanted. Jimmy kept things moving, and the finish work (so far) has been great.
However, I would not recommend using Calcon Mortgage / Onetrust for your loan. Our experience with them has been frustrating for multiple reasons that I won’t go into detail about here. If possible, I strongly recommend exploring other bank or mortgage options.
Great experience and we love our new home! We ordered the Bellevue on 1/18/2024 and it was move in ready in just under 6 months on 7/15/2024. Our salesman Mike was very helpful walking us through our first time home build. Jimmy, Ace, and all the construction crews did a great job staying on track and were always available for any questions that came up. Definitely recommend!
If I could give 100+ stars I would! I heard horror stories about moving companies but that couldn’t be further from the case. D&W John our salesman and Jimmy our contractor along with everyone else we dealt with have been amazing! All I can say is THANK YOU!
