Allison was amazing helping me get my mom’s death date processed on my parents headstone. She was delightful and very knowledgeable and her customer service was outstanding! Thank you for being so kind!
The new manager Steve and all of the new crew members including maintenance are absolutely wonderful. Steve has a lot of clean up to do from previous poor management and he does the best he can. I hope these folks remain at Kanawha Memorial for many years. Thank you to entire staff for caring about families in an important sacred profession
I just want to say Thank You to the new Management. My mother and grandmother’s marker had been ran over by a backhoe about 6 years ago when this place was under a different management company—-after multiple attempts nothing was ever done about it—-Now the new people have made good on some old promises. Words will never express how happy this makes my heart— this team is amazing and doing all they can to bring the glory back to this place. I have multiple family members buried here and now I would continue to use them if needed——THANKS to you all.
