The staff is friendly and always busy checking people in or cleaning, ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility. The restrooms and locker rooms are consistently clean, with sanitizer bottles and paper towels always stocked. While some locations may have slightly different amenities, such as longer lay-down bed limits, the overall experience at Planet Fitness is great. The popular Black Card membership offers perks like tanning, hydrogel massages, and chair massages, making it a fantastic choice for many members. With over 2,400 locations, Planet Fitness stands out as an excellent option for those looking to get in shape, feel energized, and enjoy a diverse community.
All I wanted to do was take advantage of a single free day pass. I fully expected to be asked to hand over a credit card + blood, urine, and stool sample. And then probably be forced into listening to a 20-minute sales pitch.
Nope. Lamont got my spouse & me into the gym within a matter of minutes with none of the above. Now I’m actually considering going back. Thanks for the great experience and not hassling prospective customers.
Planet Fitness, Has very up to date exercise equipment, and the members are all very clean and polite, The staff trainers are always available and extremely helpful. This is a Great Place to Exercise !
We moved to Fairmont from Dallas and needed to find a gym! After touring many an option, Planet Fitness was the winner hands down. I was looking for cleanliness, ease of use, a cardio rowing machine, massage chair options, and a diverse community and staff (PF was the only one gym we found with BIPOC) Bringing my daughter for free every time (a perk of the “Black Card” membership) has been a surprise bonding experience for us. The staff is so great, too. It’s a gem! Come row with me! ;)
