“I began a year and a half ago at Mt. Zion Baptist Church's Kingdom Karate. Being a moderately active semi-mature lady, I have been thrilled to discover this system is more about discipline and Strategy than brawn. I'm learning skills I can actually understand, perform, enjoy, and get a workout in the process. I have earned a yellow belt in a group spanning ages across decades. Professor Jason's instruction is life skill training well worth every cent.“
