I like how well they work with Sara. Sara is a rescue and still has fear issues. It gives me great comfort knowing that I have wonderful doctors and technicians to care for Sara. Thanks Fairmont Veterinary Hospital.

I appreciate how both the vet techs and the docs take their time with furry patients and their bi-pedal owners. We’ve never felt rushed; we always feel our concerns are being heard. Front desk staff is courteous and friendly as well.

This is by far the best animal clinic I have ever taken a furbaby. I have lived in alot of places and always had puppies. They r excellent. Five stars

Took Boo in for dental surgery. They kept me updated and he even made friends with one of the receptionist something he never does with strangers.

I called today to get my 6 month old puppy an appointment to get neutered, I was turned away saying I needed to wait until after she had her first heat or after she was a year old. (Her name started with an “M”) Obviously that’s not correct, I called back immediately to get someone in charge instead I got another receptionist who put me on hold for 15 minutes, said she forgot I was on the phone…. when asked why was I lied to in the first place… no action was taken the receptionist on the phone “Jackie” I asked to get a number or an email of the person in charge or the owner and I was told they wouldn’t give me any information. I’ve taken all my animals there for well over 4 years now this is unacceptable. I refuse to let this go unseen or unnoticed. This is a problem for the company and also the community for people just trying to get pet care.
