We are working here in Elkins for 3 months. Since we don't have our regular physicians here, I needed to see someone for what was turning in pneumonia. It's usually an annual thing so I know what to expect. Visiting from out of town though, I usually end up seeing someone that won't listen, and ignores what I have done previously. The PA here is outstanding. We were seen very quickly, and he listened, and was really friendly, which isn't so common in today's world. Though he usually prescribed a different course of medication, he listened to what works for me. Thanks to him, the pneumonia was stopped at bronchitis. Was a great experience, I was able to schedule my visit online to avoid having to wait incase they were busy. The receptionist and the nurse were very welcoming and professional, and the whole facility was so clean and looked great. I would definitely recommend to others.

If there were 100 stars, I would choose 100. Everyone was pleasant and interested, and we updated my account easily. Both nurse and doctor were efficient but not in a hurry. I live 25 miles from the nearest urgent care, and our community-at-large is served well by these folks. High praise for what they do. Thank them effusively the next time you need medical care.
