All staff were friendly and down to earth. Also the lady named Mandy gave me a shot, which usually hurts, that I didn't even feel. Great people all around.
Found myself unwell 3.5 hours away from home. I cannot imagine going through those couple of hours on the side of the road or in a fast food bathroom. These seemed to be my options. Don’t laugh, but it’s as if the clouds parted and the sun shone upon the Urgent Care. From the moment I walked through the door, all of my needs were met. There was no judgement, just kindness. I know they were busy and yet they never made me feel like I was wasting their time. If I lived closer, I would go thank all of them personally. I think my NP’s name was Jeanie. She was an angel. My experience was excellent! The staff were wonderful and very friendly and caring. I was shown much respect and empathy when dealing with a most difficult situation. The Nurse Practitioner had excellent bedside manner and showed much compassion. The staff member who drew my blood was exceptional. Very professional staff. I am a professional myself. Excellent experience.
