Staff , was very nice friendly, but went for my foot , was X-ray, was told I sprained it but diagnosis was incorrect,,after it not getting better, getting worst , a mri showed I had torn tendons and ligaments which I ended up having to have surgery,to graft them and anchors put in ,
Went today for an urgent care visit. The receptionist was super kind. The provider I met with was also really sweet and nice. I wasn’t there longer than 30-40 minutes. I will absolutely return when needed. I had zero issues.
I have been to Prompt Care several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The visit is always pretty fast and efficient. Highly recommend!
