We recently purchased a house that had work done by USS. Last night I found a large amount of water in an area that they had treated. USS was contacted and sent Bailey out the very next morning. Come to find out, it wasn’t their problem at all, but a crimp in a hose attached to the HVAC unit. Instead of telling me it wasn’t their problem, Bailey fixed the hose and immediately the leaking stopped. I’m so impressed with this company and would highly recommend USS for all of your waterproofing needs.

These guys were very polite, prompt and very hard workers. Their goals were to get the job done in a way pleasing to the customer and to stay on task to get it done on time. They worked great as a team and I never heard a word spoken in anger nor did hear foul language coming from any of them,which is highly unusual this day and time. Bill always had time to answer questions and explain their procedures. After getting three estimates, I found USS to offer the best quote by far. I would definitely recommend this team.

Called United Structural Systems following a quote from another structural repair company in which we felt like additional work was added and the repair cost inflated. When they showed up they looked everything over and made an assessment of damages much under the original quote/spec of work. During work there was an issue with some of the existing gutter drains being unrepairable due to materials used, but they took care of it without any issues or additional cost.
