This was my first experience with USS in several years. I was contacted by phone by Bailey Bennett, Operations Manager. He was very professional on the phone, met with me right away, and was right on time for our visit at my home. After meeting Bailey, I must say, he is a wonderful representative of your company. He was very friendly, personable & professional, and he listened very attentively to my situation. It was very obvious customer service was a definite priority. 😊
I truly don’t have enough good words to say about the team USS sent out to do our basement waterproofing. Jesse Pitt, Josh S, and Larry W all went above and beyond to complete my basement job. They spent 4 brutal days without AC in my basement because of us needing to get the AC out to work behind it since we were getting a new one anyways and I truly couldn’t be happier with the finished result. 10/10 and I’ll be recommending this team to all of my family and friends who need similar work done!
What a great hard working crew! Bill Lanham, Matt Lewis, Aaron Williams showed up at our home in Kentucky the first 2 days was heavy down pours it did not stop them guys one bit they worked in it like nothing then the heat came its been so hot here that didn’t matter either! They get the job done fast very nice to talk to we thought the process would be long well not with this bunch! Our job is done and they even done things they didn’t have to due to communication a salesman told me vs what they had on paper!
