I have ordered several times from Robin, she is the sweetest and very fast at what she does! Sometimes I call day of because I’m forgetful and she still delivers the same day! If you need any flowers she is the one you need to order from!

We are very happy with the floral arrangement from Cantrell's, ordered for my uncles funeral service. It was just full of lovely white lily's and fresh. When I called to place the order, she was sweet and thoughtful. A real pro. I'm in California and couldn't be there in person. Thanks, Cantrell's. I appreciate you taking such great care of our family.

Do *NOT* waste your money. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.You'll pay outrageous money for a cheap gift bag and some walmart chocolate. Go check out the pictures. I uploaded what the delivered: it's that cheap red "Make A Wish" bag.Here's how it happened:My mother ordered a gift for someone through Allen's Flowers and Gifts in OH (also a rip off) for someone in Clendenin.*That store* over charged her $100, and sent the order and half that money to Cantrell's.But instead of doing what they advertise and put a little effort into it, they grabbed a "$2 bag" and some candy, tossed it together and delivered it.Ought to be ashamed.

I would not recommend this florist. They took an order to deliver flowers to me from a friend in Va and never delivered. They called and said that we were to far away for delivery but then asked for directions and said that the would deliver on Friday, December 6. We stayed home all day to receive the delivery but no one showed up. I called and no one answered or returned my message. I will definitely let my friend know that his order was never delivered and make sure he does not use this florist again. Terrible customer service!!

She ruined every one of the wedding flowers my wife ordered. There weren't any arrangements that were similar to the images she agreed she could make for us. The men's boutonnieres were dead upon delivery. My mother in law had to go to Kroger and remake bouquets from scratch--and they were better than what was delivered. When I called her to ask what happened, instead of even making an effort to be helpful, she told us it was our problem, not hers. She left the state and didn't make any attempt at reparation. After endless yelling with my bride and myself (that also severely upset my bride right before our wedding), she offered to refund a very small portion of the money we paid. When we were back in town a few weeks later, we went to get the refund at her shop--she threatened to call the cops on myself, my wife, and my mother in law if we didn't leave. To this day, she hasn't provided us a penny in refund. I couldn't recommend her to my worst enemy--a truly and completely disappointing experience on such an important day. How hard can it be to be a decent person and operate a decent business?

I placed an order for a Saturday delivery... guess what??? Didn’t happen. No delivery, no call, no nothing except for a payment. Disappointed... you bet!
Update... guess she didn’t get their flower delivery on time for Saturday! Could’ve called but it will hopefully be taken care of today.
Will I go back to Cantrell’s... let’s see what the arrangement looks like and I’ll update.
