We had Graham Simon Plumbing come and unclog our drain and install a new toilet. They sent their technician, Ceasar, to do the work. He did excellent work. We enjoyed him in our home. He was professional and polite. We give him the highest rating we can.
I had to have a faucet installed in a bathtub. it is usually a 2 man job. Caesar came out and did the job by himself. he didn't complain or take any shortcuts. my renter is very happy. the extra effort was very appreciated
The company is very responsive to inquiries regarding urgent repairs. Kevin came to our home first to determine the cause of our problem with our drains. Caesar followed up later in the week and took several hours to get our drains cleared. Both Kevin and Caesar provided great service and are very professional. The office staff is also very pleasant to work with. Thank you Graham-Simon for excellent service!
