Took 3 of my fur babies today to be fixed, micro chipped and shots. Was very nice to know how everything would happen. With intake process done online when you scheduled the appointment,made drop off, pick up and home care instructions.Go so smoothly. Will be talking my other fur babies back for care

Great group of people! They were more than willing to help, and went above and beyond to provide. My only gripe, is the hours the Dr is in. It's only 2 days a week in the afternoon. If you're not there in line 2 hours before they start taking patients, you won't be seen. The queue will be too long. Outside of that, excellent!!

Absolutely stupendous. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Mid-day middle of the week visit was not crowded in and out in 15 minutes. Will be happy to return for affordable services in Charleston, WV
