Second time I’ve gone here and have been pleased both times! Today I got Tiffany and she did amazing and worked with me even so last minute! She kept conversations going and helped me get the most beautiful outcome for this weekend ☺️ I didn’t take any before or after pics but thank you Tiffany for making me feel comfortable for the first time in a salon! I also want to give a big thank you to the owner ( I didn’t grab your name I’m sorry! ) for also helping me out and working me in!
I have been going here for about 18 months including the old location in KC. I have enjoyed the services I have received which include deep tissue massages and facials. I will agree with the reviews about the appearance it does not give off high end vibes. However, the prices of this spa does not give off high end either. I think they could revamp (redesign). With that being said I enjoy going there due to I am not a high end customer lol. I feel like a lot of the staff are new in their profession, but do a good job. I have been to other spas in the area but feel most comfortable with Serendipity. I don't feel out of place and do not feel as if I am being judged.
Worth your time and money! I had a wonderful salon experience with Taylor. She was friendly, fun to talk to, made me feel good about my style choice and gave amazing feedback. I love what she did with my hair and how fun and bouncy it is now. The salon also has a chill and relaxing vibe, with a fun layout. I will definitely be going back!
