I usually get anxious about dealing with contractors since you never know if they’ll overcharge or do a sloppy job, but Justin made the whole process really easy. He was super professional, explained everything clearly, and the pricing felt totally fair. Contacted Roofing America with a potential roof leak and was responded to immediately by Justin. He scheduled an initial visit to assess the issue and was very flexible in meeting my schedule. He was able to pinpoint the potential issue quickly and scheduled another appointment to address the issue. He was very honest and forthright in the interactions and did not try to sell a replacement roof when repairs would correct issue. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of roof replacement/ repairs etc. and will utilize in the future for sure.

The new roof looks great and really upgraded the look of the house. I feel a lot better knowing the house is better protected now especially with the weather we've been having.
