My laptop crashed and I am NOT tech savvy. I googled local computer repair and came across Quikfix. I found them to be kind, knowledgeable, and fast! They said when I picked up my laptop that it has been busy, but the turnaround for the repair was very quick, and the cost was very reasonable. They also installed some antivirus and sent me home with instructions for use. (That's great for someone like me who is in over their head.) I'm very happy to have happened upon this business. I recommend them!

Basically a life-saver. Managed to return a computer that wouldn't boot to completely functional status in just a few days, and kept in contact about the status the whole time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went around to two other places that either ducked my calls or forgot about me. Went to Quick Fix and they had my graphic card tested. And kept in contact with me. Super friendly, super helpful. This will be my new computer repair place.
