This has got to be the worst group I've ever had the misfortune of investing with. The rep assigned to me has not returned any calls or messages in months. When the guy I set up my account with left the group there was never any follow-up, nobody reached out, nothing until I made a post about the terrible service on Facebook. Nothing has changed. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use these people. I suggest NTV Asset Management on Summers St instead. Ian Flores over there is wonderful and truly cares about his investors.

Was going to open a new account, handy since the branch is near my home and work. Instead was immediately met with an employee who very loudly and rudely told me I couldn't park in "his" lot. He asked no questions so I offered no answers. You can keep your empty parking lot and spaces, plenty of other banks in town. Even if I weren't planning on being a future customer, that was beyond ride and nasty. Also, FYI, wear your damn mask correctly.

Met with Mr. Casto. I've never known someone who could explain everything so thoroughly and answer all my questions fully, without skipping a beat- He really knows his stuff. Very sharp and professional guy, they are lucky to have him working there.
