This was my 1st experience dealing with a sewer leak under my house. In a rush I was unable to ask around or look up for myself plumbers to help repair, so I ended up just calling down a list. A few places didn't take my issue serious and one company hung up on me. I called Mr Rooter and it rang busy. They immediately returned my call though and came by in hours to address the issue. After scheduling the full repair and explaining the process to me, I was imminencely impressed. Mike Ivy was the best! The female who took my call was friendly and caring. She understood my situation and wasted no time in arranging for Mike to come to my home! Their competition ( Roto Cooter) was incompetent and left me without water for 3 days! Only regret I have is not calling Mr. Rotor first!
