If I could provide a -star I would. They did not follow the Structural Engineers guidelines of what he wanted done per the contract, Trace attempted to collect the money and pressure my elderly in-laws to make the final payment before the engineer returned to do the inspection which resulted in them returning to do the beams and other work. They ruined the carpet tracking in and out. Cracked the foundation worse and across the entire downstairs. Integrity means everything and when a Marion Construction truck almost side swiped me in a traffic jam today on I79 north bound by trying to push behind a tow truck saying “I’m going the same place he is,” it told me everything I needed to know about their integrity.

After reading these reviews I'm really glad that they never showed up to do the job. In a period of 4 weeks I had to call four times to get somebody to come out and give an estimate. Person that stopped out took pictures and measurements told me I'd probably get a response that evening. It's been 2 weeks. I'm moving on. I do not suggest this contractor for anything. Completely unreliable.
