Late on Christmas Eve it became clear that my very geriatric Great Dane was seriously ill. At her advanced age I did not want to prolong her suffering. I brought her here at 2 am on Christmas morning and the staff was incredible. The price for everything was very, very reasonable. I was treated with kindness and warmth. My dog, Macy, was given respect and love. They took great care of us. It made a very sad situation more bearable and I couldn't be more thankful. We had a very sick dog and had to bring him to this hospital. We couldn't have been happier and we could never be more grateful for the amount of compassion and wonderful care they gave to our little guy. This place is a rare find. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for treating Shorty so gently and competently.
I got here about an hour ago in tears because I was scared my cat had a blockage. Within seconds the receptionist was taking him back to get examined. She has kept me updated every 30 mins on him, has been so, so kind. She has a genuine passion for animals and the people that come in with their pets. You can tell these receptionists and vets genuinely love their jobs. I hope they’re all blessed in every way they can be. They are doing the work of angels.
