BVC has a special place in my heart and I will be switching all of my pets to their care from now on. They brought my boy in immediately for an emergency visit when he wasn't even a patient there. Unfortunately we had to send him over the rainbow bridge. He could not be saved. When I tell you that the entire staff of this clinic from the front desk to the doctor himself were nothing short of amazing. They treated me with the most respect. They were so wonderful with my baby from beginning to end. They explained everything and gave me time. I not once felt rushed. They let me be with him while he crossed the bridge. I was already grieving and they just were human. These people have seen me on the worst day of my life and they just made it easier, if that makes any sense. My baby's nurse love her heart hugged me and she just hugged me like she knew me all my life. I got his ashes back a week later. Today I checked my mail. They sent me the most beautiful sympathy card and I cried so hard. Bless this whole entire practice's sweet souls because they are the most amazing people who truly care. Thank you BVC. Amazing staff and Dr. Dr shy and the staff were so very nice. I visit my parents from out of town and they were able to help my lil betsy and get her right in. so very happy 😊 I can't thank you enough.
