Kanawha City Health Center offers a range of medical services. Patients praise the doctors, particularly the psychiatrist, for their thoroughness and pleasant demeanor. The clinic has been helpful for some patients facing serious health challenges. However, some patients have negative experiences with the phlebotomist, citing unfriendliness, inattention, and causing unnecessary pain and bruising during blood draws.
I have been with them for years. Dr.Merritt is wonderful working with me.
Everyone from the front desk, nurses and lab.
Healthcare is not easy so if any of the staff here or anywhere is a little short or rude show some grace as you would want shown to you.
i dont know where these negative reviews come from but in my experiences ive always got the best care in the valley . doc B has always help me in and away from the office . yes the staff is always busy but Doc runs a tight a ship as it should be . 5 stars
I love this place and will forever be grateful to everyone who works here, especially Bernadette and Sarah who I see just about every week since my heart surgery. They truly care for their patients and our health! I couldn’t thank them enough for all they have did!
