“First off, I called in and was given a prompt appointment within 24 hours of contact! I went in and told Michael that I wanted a 20’s bob… I didn’t specify that I did not want a Dutch bob at the time of appointment . After getting a Dutch bob, and trying it on for a day, I decided that I didn’t like it at all. I contacted Michael and explained I hadn’t communicated well enough; he got me in at my convenience and made my hair look fabulous (in my humble opinion)!
