although the staff was nice and thorough, I'm disappointed because it's been a month and my daughters glasses still aren't in. I did not get a paper copy of her prescription. I have called and left many voicemails and sent an email, but have yet to hear back. I'm leaving this review in hopes that someone will see it and return my calls

the staff was polite and helpful, just wish the wait wasn't so long. but that seems to be typical anywhere you go anymore
