I have recently started going there and have had my nails done 3 times and a pedicure once. The first 2 times I got my nails done they were beautiful and durable. The 3rd time I've had to go back twice. The first time my nail broke the day after and they fixed it for free. The 2nd nail broke the following day. I went to have it fixed several days later as I have a broken hip and cannot drive. They did fix it but it cost $7. I however do the chrome nails, which they hate doing. The day I got the second one fixed my thumb nail on the thumb cracked off on the corner. Slightly noticeable. The pedicure was amazing but due to my hip a bit difficult for me.
