I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and level of service I have received from Dodson. John was very communicative and made sure I was well informed without being pushy about my service. He was prompt when scheduling my appointment and arrived right on time. He was quick but very thorough, which I appreciated. I am very happy with my service so far!

Just had a treatment completed by Jacob Hively. I have to say he is one of the nicest, most polite people I have dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Dodson for all your exterminator needs and specifically Jacob for his professionalism and personality.Very pleased with Jacob and the service he gave us.

Other than John Nelson being rude on the phone, this business is OK. He sent me the wrong photos of a house that isn't mine to sell me a service. Confusion in communication with services and what different staff recommend for my home.
