Firstly, I would like to say I have been a patient several times at this location. The Dr’s were very nice, professional, and allowed adequate time for treatment.On the other hand I have had considerable aount of unprofessional behavior and comments from the scheduling department of this particular office i.e. including being hung up on by the receptionist Trina. As a patient you understand that sometimes paperwork is lost or appointments not scheduled, this issue became when I was sent for a root canal treatment to an accompanying dentist.
