Arctic Air, LLC is a very good company that isn't looking just to make a buck. They have bailed customers out twice, fixing problems at a very reasonable cost. They are spectacular, and customers are overjoyed with their knowledge and professional service. The company provides same day service that is amazingly fast, and they are honest and fair to deal with for repairs or replacements. They are the “go to” company for HVAC and sometimes plumbing work. They came when they said they would, and the work was done professionally. They explained in detail the work they did. Customers with older systems have had other companies say it needs replaced, but Arctic Air was able to fix it and save them from having to completely replace it. They diagnosed the problem, replaced a control board, and had working heat within 30 minutes. Customers highly recommend Arctic Air, LLC.
Arctic Air has bailed me out twice. After two other companies worked on my ac this summer the unit went out yet again. Called Saturday night and they were here the next morning. Fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost.
I installed a Google nest thermostat and messed something up. Call Arctic Air to come take a look and they walked me through troubleshooting over the phone. Bought a 3.00 part and the issue was resolved.

Arctic Air, LLC is spectacular! When both our AC units went out at once I got 3 bids. Arctic Air was in middle. I’m overjoyed with their knowledge and professional service! Glad we chose them. We chose to replace our AC and heating system which was installed in 1988. Highly recommend. ‼️
Same day service was amazingly fast. I was told they would at my house is about 2 hours. He was here in 1 1/2 hour. Honestly he could have told me that something major was wrong with my air. As it turned out it was an easy fix for him. He even had to get a part but had my air working and cooling my house in no time.
I appreciate his honesty and the speedy service.
