Patrick has been our tech for over a year and a big part of the reason why we have stayed with Mitchell Pest! Always professional and his attention to detail to stay ahead of any potential issues!
This is the second year using Mitchell Pest Services and it's a great investment! Patrick offers THE BEST customer service. He calls ahead to confirm his arrival. Patrick is well versed about the products used and other services available. He's never too busy to answer questions.
Patrick had been out to my house twice to do treatment. Very polite and professional. Was able to answer any questions I had. First treatment had got rid of almost all the bugs in my home. Black weevils ended up showing a couple of days after some how. Was able to call Mitchell and get a follow up treatment set up right away. They had originally came to treat gnats, silverfish, ants, and other tiny bugs that were in the house. Treatment definitely worked.
